By placing an order through this website you agree to the following trade terms:

Ordering your Wine direct from Neagles Rock Vineyards

  1. For any wine ordered through neaglesrock.com, the sale is made direct between the winery and the customer, via the internet, in much the same way as any other mail order sale.
  2. The order is made in Australia, in Australian Dollars ($AUS) to retail customers at cellar door prices. All prices are inclusive of GST.
  3. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. It is an offence to sell or supply to or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.
  4. If you are buying a case of wine as a gift - the recipient must also be over 18 years old.
  5. If couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. If the person receiving the wine is unable to produce appropriate ID, unfortunately the couriers will be unable to leave the wine.
  6. Our terms and conditions may change from time to time.

    7. Placing your Order

  7. The wine & merchandise lists displays the wine & merchandise that can be purchased through our website.
  8. You can create your own "mixed case" by selecting wines from the wines shown. Mixed cases will be entitled to the case discounts of each of the wines selected.
  9. After payment you will be re-directed to your receipt page, you should print this out and retain it for your records

    10. Payment

  10. We use secure servers with state-of-the-art encryption and secure sockets layer (SSL) technology for the transfer of credit card information. Your credit card information will remain confidential and fully encrypted from start to finish. Additionally, we have security measures in place to protect our customer database and access to this database is restricted internally.
  11. Details of your wine order, contact details and delivery instructions will not be given to anyone except to processes your order at Neagles Rock Vineyards.
  12. Your credit card details will not be disclosed to anyone apart from the bank and will only be used for payment of your order.

    13. Delivery Charges

  13. Delivery charges will vary depending on your delivery address and these are generally shown when ordering. Delivery charges remain the liability of the customer.
  14. When ordering, your Shopping Cart will show a total order amount with no delivery.
  15. Once you proceed to the Checkout you will be asked to enter delivery postcode (along with other delivery address details), which will be used to calculate the appropriate delivery costs. Delivery costs will not be shown on the printed invoice from this shopping cart, but will be included at the time of charging your credit card.
  16. Your final delivery charges may vary slightly from our listed delivery charges depending on exact delivery location and/or delivery company used and their respective charges.

    17. Delivery Timetable

  17. Your order will be delivered by a courier company or Australia Post depending on cost, availability etc. When placing your order we ask that you specify special delivery instructions, e.g. what to do with your order if you are not at home when your courier arrives.
  18. Insurance charges to protect your wine will be included in the delivery charges so that in the event your wine does not arrive, or is damaged it will be replaced without additional charge.

  22. If you are dissatisfied with our performance in any way, please contact us as shown above. At Neagles Rock Vineyards, we aim to deal with all enquiries fairly, confidentially and quickly. We try to resolve most issues immediately, but where this is not possible, we will keep you informed about progress until a satisfactory resolution has been achieved.

  23. No representation is made the files on our website are free from viruses, while we take every precaution, protection from malicious or destructive content such as viruses, worms or trojan horses etc remains your responsibility.
